These reference medication IDs from the catalog. The patient app filters by the visitor's country at load time — to serve both markets, add a US and a CA medication for each treatment.

Owning white label

Optional — set when a partner embeds this enroll page (iframe) on their own site. Appointments from this page are then attributed to this white label even though they're created on the Stealth host. Leave as “None” for Stealth-default.

Pick OTC store items to surface as an optional upsell shelf on /enroll/{slug}. The patient can toggle them on or off at checkout — anything they keep is added to their Stripe charge and stamped onto the resulting appointment. Leave blank to skip the shelf entirely.
